These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ammolabz.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by Gurpreet Kaur, trading as "Ammo Labz" (a sole proprietorship), with its office at Plot No. 1541, Sector 82, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 140308, India ("Ammo Labz", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products and health information
Our products are food and health supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and follow the recommended serving size, and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, under 18, or have a medical condition. Information on the Site is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Individual results vary and depend on diet, training and other factors.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours, packaging and labels may vary slightly from the images shown, as manufacturers update their packaging from time to time. Always refer to the label on the product you receive.
Our brands and third-party brands
The Site sells products under our own Ammo Labz brand as well as products from other brands, including Rule 1 Proteins and NOW Foods. Every product we sell is 100% genuine and is supplied in its original sealed packaging. For third-party brands, the product label, formulation and manufacturer's directions apply. Where an imported product carries the details of an importer or marketer for India, those details are printed on the pack.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
We may limit the quantity of any product per order or per customer, and we may decline orders that appear to be placed for resale.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery where available. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Promotions and discount codes
Offers and discount codes are valid only for the stated period and conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse discount codes.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
Privacy
We collect and use your personal information only to process your orders, provide support and, where you have agreed, send you offers. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site belongs to us or our licensors. This includes the Ammo Labz name and logo, the "War With Muscles" tagline, product names, text, images and design. Ammo Labz® is a registered trademark. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Reviews and user content
If you post reviews, comments or other content, you confirm it is honest and your own. You also allow us to display and use it in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to scrape content or prices, or placing fraudulent orders.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or our products, or from use of a product contrary to its label directions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
